Chief Mountain in Glacier National Park is one of the most mesmerizing and moving hikes I can think of. The landscape is flooded thick with wildflowers of every color. Small glacial lakes pool in the deep glacial ravines and rocks the size of houses amass in huge moraines. It is truly a sight to behold and I had to paint it.
