I was inspired by the idea of emperor penguins diving in Antarctica and I wanted to bring it to life in my own work. In the water they are like torpedos or jets, cutting through the blue.
They reminded me of the Blue Angels jets flying in formation, so I thought it was a perfect name! They also look like little angels with their wings out and their gentle demeanor.
