A Limited Edition Canvas Print from wildlife artist James Corwin.
Roger - African White Rhino
Limited Edition Giclee Canvas Print
This painting is of a rhino named Roger whom I had met while on safari in South Africa. A huge lucrative market exists for the horns of rhinos which are used as an aphrodisiac. A few months after our visit, Roger was killed and his wife Rosie was put into critical condition. Not only is this the most labored over piece to date, but it is signal steering me in the direction I want to take my art - painting wildlife to lead conservations efforts and bring awareness to threatened species.
This painting is now available in a Limited Edition of 95.
Each print is signed and numbered by James Corwin.
Presented in a very fine giclee printing process to achieve high detail and the original appeal of oil paint.
This print is ready to hang right from the packaging! Print is gallery-wrapped canvas.
You may choose to have your print embellished by the artist. James Corwin will add additional oil paint and texture to the surface of the print for a one-of-kind original print with a second signature.
